As we get older, the less we need to impress. We have done a lot of things and accomplished a lot of things in our lives. We have and are successful so we don't need to impress others like we did.
I remember going back to our 10th high school reunion and everyone had to have business cards, talk about promotioins, pictures of kids, and drive expensive cars. One guy even rented a BMW so he could impress the members of the class!
This past weekend proved that. We went to Nebraska and joined about 18 members of Evie's high school graduating class and some of their spouses. What a nice group of people.
Then on Saturday we experienced the heart of America. We attended the Burt County Fair and watched both the goat and lamb shows! Way cool!
