No, Evie isn't pregnant. But some of you maybe didn't know that we have another daughter and son. No, not from a previous marriage. A number of years ago while our daughter was attending school at USF, she became best friends with a gal from Cherokee, IA (Hey, can't beat Iowa!) by the name of Theresa Biggar. Well Theresa had lost her dad when she was 14 years old and in the 8th grade. While she has a great relationship with her mother, she doesn't have a dad anymore. So we kind of adopted Theresa as another daughter. Then she married Sean and we adopted him as well.
Well last Saturday we went to Sioux City, IA (GREAT STATE!) and got to meet the newest member of the Hagey household, Isabelle Grace Hagey! What an absolutely beautiful child. I got to hold her and walk around the room with her. But probably the most enjoyable experience I had at their house was watching Sean and Theresa as parents. WOW! What GREAT parents! So now we have another member of our family. One more person to love and to hold and most importantly to pray for and support that she might grow up knowing and loving Jesus! It is days like Saturday when I think about Pearl Shadle (earlier posting) who said, "You know, life just don't get no better!"

P.S. By the way, my son-in-law started calling me Pops and Evie, Moms. So it kind of stuck.
